April, as always, is one of the highlight months for Dartmouth Association activities in the country of the Great Divide. Three distinguished and able speakers from the Dartmouth Faculty and Amos Tuck School of Business Administration presented timely and informative talks on subjects of both current and long-range importance to business and professional leaders of the Denver area. The panel was moderated by Dean Karl Hill '38, Dean of the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration. The gathering took place at the Denver Hilton Hotel, and was the first project of this nature undertaken by the Dartmouth Alumni group in this section of the country. The program was a stimulating one, and was also informal to a considerable degree with an opportunity being offered for questions following each talk. Professor Daniel Marks Jr. '29 presented a paper on the European Economic Community: Recent Developments and Some Projections. He was followed by Professor Robert McDonald, who discussed Current Issues in Collective Bargaining, and finally, Professor Richard S. Bower presented his views on A "Liberal Economist," Comments on Tax Policy. This enterprise proved to be quite successful and it is hoped that in the years to come similar projects will be undertaken by the Dartmouth alumni, again hoping to obtain speakers from the College.

That evening the Association's Annual Dinner Meeting was held at the Brown Palace Hotel. Following a relaxed social hour and pleasant dinner, President Robert Fullerton '51 introduced the speaker of the eve-ning, Dean Karl Hill. Dean Hill brought thalumni up-to-date on recent innovations and changes at the College and told of some of the more interesting and progressive events which have taken place during the past several years.

A brief business meeting was held, and the officers for the coming year were elected. They are as follows: President - Bob Woodberry '54, Vice-President - Bill Condon '29, Secretary — Dave Stephenson '46, Asst. Secretary — Bert Melcher '53, Treasurer Harry Lewis '55, Asst. Treasurer—Chuck Henry '56. New Trustees - Group A - Judge Bob Fullerton '51 and Ed Hunter '55.

This concluded the events of this exciting day and I think President Bob Fullerton and Harry Lewis, who helped make this day a success, are to be congratulated.
