A letter from Margaret Libby advises that she is still living in the same house in which she and Arthur started housekeeping. There are two daughters in the family, one of whom, Betsy, Smith '6O, is a teacher in the Lynnfield High School and the other, Margaret, is a senior at Smith. The only other member of the family is Thomas A. Becket, an English sheep dog. Margaret keeps busy in two jobs - in charge of school libraries in Norwich and Children's Book Editor of the New York Herald Tribune.

Anne Meservey writes that in June the Meservey Science Hall will be dedicated at the New Hampton School, New Hampton, N. H. It honors Arthur's father and also Arthur. The Meserveys have three children, a daughter, Ellen, who has two girls; a son Edward '38, a Researcher in Physics at the Forrestal Laboratories, Princeton, N. J.; and Robert '43, who is doing research work at M.I.T. Laboratories. Edward's wife, Sabra, is studying at Princeton for her doctor's degree in Middle Eastern studies. She is the first woman admitted to Princeton. They have three sons and Robert has two daughters. Anne says her health is good and she enjoys Hanover very much.

Bob and Olive Blood had two sons and a daughter but as you know both boys lost their lives in World War II. Their daughter, Betty, is married to Thomas W. Miles, who is engaged in public relations work in Washington, D. C. They have three sons and a daughter.

Joe and Caroline Cushing have finally sold their Cape Cod home, as the traveling back and forth from Springfield was too much for Caroline with joe doing the backseat driving. They are now looking for a place nearer home where they can spend their weekends. Joe asks that if anyone knows of a vacant cave please write him. It must be large enough for his two dogs.

Maynor and Madalyne Brock have four children, two daughters and two sons. The older daughter, Madalyne, has a daughter in Smith College and a son who hopes to go to Dartmouth. The other daughter, Mary, is the wife of Ray Still, a top-ranking oboist. The older son was stricken with polio in 1951 and still has to walk with crutches. The other son lives in Denver, is married and has a boy and girl.

As Executive Director of the Naturalization Council, Madalyne is very active in the Adult Education Association of the U.S.A. and is Vice Chairman of the section on Basic Elementary Education.
