The 1905-06 dinner held at the Dartmouth Club of New York on December 11 was a very enjoyable affair, although the 1906 contingent was rather disappointing. Only four men attended, namely, Mike Edgerton, ThurlowGordon, Lonnie Russ and your secretary.
Our wandering boy, Max Hartmann, is back home after 51 weeks in Europe, during which he travelled 17,000 miles. That should be enough travelling for anyone but Max is making preparations to sail to Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Tahiti on April 1.
On January 4 Harold Rugg left for Tucson, Ariz., where he expects to remain until April. His address will be Christopher Square Hotel, 1035 East Mabel Street. In June he expects to sail for Europe.
A card from Florence Davis reports that Henry Thrall is in the Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla, Calif., with a broken hip, the result of a bad fall. It seems as though Henry is having much more than his share of hard luck.
Myrtle and Robert Wardwell were guests at the Hanover Inn the last of November.
The Boston newspapers recently carried a picture of our handsome Treasurer, NormRussell seated on the dais with Congressman Bates of Massachusetts, at a Rotary Club luncheon.
