Winter Carnival and 2000 dates have come and gone and Hanover has returned to its all-male existence. The weather was miserable, but the rain didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the weekend. The rain and sleet did snarl the exodus of the herd from the Hanover Plain however. Most flights were cancelled from Lebanon and four hundred females jammed the White River Bus Terminal to fight over the seven buses to Boston and the three to New York.

I got a letter recently from Jay Evans who writes, "I went to work for a family firm in January 1965 and became involved in a union-management dispute, ending up an arm of the union. Court cases followed in Maine and Mass. I lost my job. . . ." He is now at Newport, R. I. in the Navy Officer Candidate School. He mentions that he would like addresses of men of the Class of 1964. That's a little vague, but I do keep a file of all the current addresses and occupations of the men of our class. If anyone is looking for specific addresses, I would be glad to help.

David P. Heroy and Miss Joanne Poltorak are planning an August 6 wedding in Somerville, N. J. Dave is now doing graduate work at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Joanne is a senior at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D. C. Dave Goldstein was married Dec. 29 to Miss Elisabeth Ryan in Houston, Texas.

Miss Karen Jo Lythgoe of Evansville, Ind., and Ted Howard were married November 6 in Lima, Peru. They are both serving in the Peace Corps as social workers. They plan to continue their graduate studies when they return to the United States next summer. Continuing this mid-winter surge of wedding news, Steve Bachman of Southport, Conn., was married to Miss Merrill McLaughlin in El Cajon, Calif. They were married December 6. Steve is now in the Navy after graduating from O.C.S. in Newport. Pete Koenig's wedding to the former Pat Davis drew banner headlines in Trenton, N. J. He's now in the Mediterranean on the "USS America."

William W. Brislin Jr. was recently engaged to Miss Patricia Lynn of Rutland, Vt. Bill is now a sophomore at the University of Vermont School of Medicine. No date has been set for the wedding.

Tom Spangenberg was married in December to the former Miss Judith Corbett Dunn in a candlelight ceremony in the New Canaan Congregational Church. The reception was at the home of the parents following the ceremony (for those of you who are still trying to find it). Tom is at Columbia Business School and plans to graduate this June.

Thank you for the letters (they are a welcomed respite from the flood of bills) and keep in touch.
