A memo from Mose Linscott brings news that he and Eloise are at home after a six weeks' holiday in Florida. While there they spent a fortnight at the home of the great, great, great (oh, well, who's certain of the "greats") grandson of Eleazar Wheelock! And brought back greetings from SwedeOlsen, now retired, who lives in Melbourne. Mose retired as of the first of the year. The new firm name is John H. Linscott and Company. Nevertheless Mose will still have to show up for work during office vacations and other bottleneck times.

Edmund and Gladys Freeman also managed to get away from Washington and enjoyed a month at Lake Alfred. They have been going down regularly for the last eight or ten years, not only for pleasant happiness but also for a reunion with Ed's sister.

Out of Ormond Beach, Bob Conant keeps me posted on their good times. He and Mildred will be starting back to Hanover, April 15. Our congratulations to Carl and EugeniaPfau. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on March 5. Carl is treasurer of the Central Florida Dartmouth Association. A good contact, next winter when you are vacationing there!

Harry French and his sister Edith were in Tavares, Fla., for the month of March and the Conants had lunch with them in Mount Dora.

Dr. Ralph Drury and Isabel have a lovely home in Ormond Beach with lovely flowers, fruit trees, and a shuffleboard court. Bob says that Ralph is a good "shuffler!"

1966 Alumni Fund Drive is on! Our good agent, Bill Terry, has, as ever, everything well in hand. At the moment Bill and Sarah are in Phoenix for a visit with their daughter, Betty.

And here I am back again with a word from Florida. Carolyn and Harold McAllister were in Delray Beach this winter. December was fine; but January and February left much to be desired. While there he saw Cap Avery and General Wilson several times but just didn't get to the alumni luncheons at Palm Beach this year.

Carl Shumway and I manage to say "Hello" quite regularly and I hear that JiggsDonahue is hale and hearty, in court at least three days a week in Cambridge, Lowell, or Boston. Still leading a busy life!

And all class notes should end at this time of year with a reminder to send your gifts to the Alumni Fund now and help Bill Terry in his strenuous job for '13.
