1913, I know, joins me in wishing Barbara and Don Cunningham much happiness. They visited with Tom at Christmas and with Charles over the New Year.

Bob and Mildred Conant have turned their backs on a Hanover winter and are again in Ormond Beach, Fla. A good winter and much golf, Bob!

Marc and Frances Wright flew out of Boston BOAC on December 9, bound for London and a visit with their daughter. The Pennell Aborns ('14), who were visiting the two girls who lived with them during the Battle of Britain, were on the same plane. The Wrights spent two and a half weeks in London and vicinity, visiting Oxford, Greenwich, and Northampton. The day before Christmas they went to Cambridge, put up at the "Blue Boar Hotel" and had an enjoy able holiday. Even in winter the grounds and beautiful buildings of Kings, Clare and St. John's Colleges, and the boys' choir of Kings, made it a memorable occasion; then on to Edinburgh. And of course flying out of London on December 30 they were home for all the New Year's football games!

Word from Ray and Lydia Ball tells of a recent visit at their son's ski home in Wallingford, Vt. Shum, you ought to put it on your list.

George Watts after a bout in the Charlotte Memorial Hospital writes that he's now in fine fettle and recuperated in time so that he and Helen could spend their Christmas holiday in Concord, N. H., with Belle and Mike and their four lively youngsters.

Bill and Janet Pierce have been on a round of visits, timing in on their children and families.

Brig Knight has written me a very interesting letter, telling me of his visit with BillBaldwin who has just returned to his home state of New Hampshire. See the next News Letter!

Our sympathy goes out to Harvey McClary and Andy '16 in the sudden death of their brother Horace on December 26 from a heart attack.

And just a reminder that before long we'll all have a word from Bill Terry, so be prepared!
