From Vietnam, John Callaghan, Lieutenant Colonel, United States Army, sends the latest news as well as his thanks for the '45 tie-tack - "it looks great on my jungle fatigues, but will be even better when I suit-up on my return home in about nine months!" John goes on to report "Have been here near Qui Nhon since last October as the deputy senior advisor to the 22nd ARVN division. My counterpart is the assistant division commander and chief of staff of the division so the days are full and very rewarding indeed. Our area includes Binh Dinh Province which is as active as any in the country. Needless to say we are not lacking for excitement or things to do." John's address, for those of you with a pen and a spare piece of paper, is LTC John W. Callaghan, 028580; Adv. Team 22; APO San Francisco 96238.
