Howard Brundage has been elected to the new position of Executive Vice President -Finance of the J. Walter Thompson Company in New York City. He had been Vice President-Finance since 1962 and his new title more properly reflects the scope of his worldwide fiscal-responsibility. Before joining I. Walter Thompson, he was a partner of J. H. Whitney & Co., where he served for ten years in various management capacities for several companies with which Whitney was financially associated.
Bob Joy, with a home address of Danbury, Conn., where he stays busy with the practice of pediatrics, tells of wife Nancy planning to teach high school English after graduating this year from West Connecticut State College with her B.S. Bob and Nancy have three children ages eleven to nineteen.

Pounds writes "This first year teaching bit is streuous 16-20 hours a day are the rule for the old gent in order to stay alive in class! Rradlev is extremely conservative — we've had no problems with long hair confrontations and power moves by various minority aroups. Problems yes, but so far its under control. I'm excited as ever with the possibilities for this program — industry and the university cooperating to solve real live problems with seasoned graduate students. Art goes on to say that what started out as a shopping trip for Jean has resulted in her starting a second career also. He is also vice president and general manager of Hartford Precision Products Company, manufacturers of bearing retainers, washers, stampings, and ordnance products in Rocky Hill. And finally, he is managing director of Kerry Precision Ball Company in Tralee, Ireland. In spite of these widespread responsibilities, he intends to keep his home in West Simsbury, Conn.
