March, though not the end of winter in the north country, is certainly the beginning of the end. We always expect more from this month in the way of warm sunny weather than we get and one of the most pleasant aspects of this month is the fact that June is only two months away.

Ed Nadeau is practicing law in Glens Falls, N.Y., and is also serving as city attorney. Ed has been city attorney since 1966 and also finds time for the Dartmouth Club in the Glens Falls area. He and Marion have four daughters and have recently moved to a new home.

Huck Newberry, another attorney, is living and practicing law in Fort Worth, Texas. He and Isabelle have three children, two daughters and a son, Huck reports that he recently heard from Bob Douglas who is with Gulf Oil working in Cincinnati, Ohio. Huck was doubtful that he would be at the 25th Reunion, and we hope that by 1973 he will have more time so that he can make the trip.

Carl Felsenfeld is assistant to the chief counsel of C.I.T. Financial. Carl and Judy live in New York City and have one son who was recently two years old.

Our mail this past month brought the news that Gino Pierleoni is tied with DickDonohue for a title which has yet to appear in the formal organization chart of the Class of '48. Gino has nine children, six boys and three girls. He and Anita are living in Scarsdale. Gino is in the construction business with offices in New York.

Dick O'Leary owns a liquor store in Scarsdale, New York. He and Rita have six children, four daughters and more recently two sons. Dick is living in Scarsdale and we hope that his boys will make as good halfback material in the 1980's as their father did in 1947 and 1948.

Another New York state resident is JoeMarple. He and Grace live in Mahopac. Joe is with the Lincoln-Mercury dealer in Peekskill.

Dick Loomis has been promoted to vice president at Rhode Island Hospital Trust Company where he is head of the investment research department. Dick earned his master's degree in mathematics at Brown University after he graduated from Dartmouth. Dick and Cynthia make their home in Barrington outside of Providence.

We see that Herb Shulman recently participated in a "Labor and Management Relations" program in Johnson City, Tenn. Herb is president of the Tri-State Container Corp., a manufacturer of corrugated boxes. He and Barbara have lived in Johnson City for the past twelve years and have five children.

Dick Bennett has been named chief adjuster of the claims department of' Liberty Mutual Insurance Companies, East Orange, N.J., office. Dick was formerly an examiner of the insurance firm's Boston office. Dick joined Liberty Mutual in the claims department in Dallas, Texas, in 1950. He and Joan are living in Maywood, N.J.

I had a very nice letter from Bill Wallace. Bill was at Dartmouth in the V-12 starting mid-year 1945. He was at Dartmouth two semesters and lived in Gile Hall and is now living at 304 Elmhurst Drive, St. Charles, Mo. Bill was interested in any news from his V-12 buddies and I am sure he'd like to hear from any of you who knew him.
