The PR man at "Oceana Publications" has sent me a flyer on Rog Hull's book "Law and Vietnam" which he wrote with John Novogrod. In the spirit of truly up-to-date news, I see that this book made Time Magazine in March, 1968. The book seeks to discover the pertinent law on a few of the major points in the Vietnam conflict. The book may be ordered from Oceana Publications, Inc., Dobbs Ferry, New York.

Another goof-up has been brought to my attention in the November column. I got Rog Nastou's mother confused with his wife. Therefore, I got a letter from his sister straightening all this out and pointing out that Rog was still very, much single although in his participation in the air lift in Biafra he has "adopted" thousands of children since fall.
John Reeves received his M.D. from George Washington University last June; previous to that he and his wife Ann were in London, England, for three months while John did an elective internship at Kings College Hospital. They are presently in Seattle, Wash., where John is interning at the Public Health Hospital and Ann is attending the University of Washington Graduate School.
I got a letter the other day from Paul Brown who graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, in May of 1968 with a Ph.D. in psychology. He was awarded a U. S. Public Health Service postdoctoral research fellowship which he is pursuing at Columbia. He and his wife, jean live outside the city in, and I quote, "suburbia." He writes that Jim Miller and his wife Carol are now living in Minneapolis Jim obtained his Ph.D. this past summer from the University of Waterloo, in Waterloo Ontario. He is now with Investors Diversified Services in Minneapolis. Also, Ray Peters is still at Waterloo and will soon receive his degree.
I also got a letter last week from GeneLaka who is now with the Coast Guard stationed in Juneau, Alaska. He writes that after graduation he went to Columbia and received an M.B.A. specializing in production management. In June of 1967 he and Kathleen Lappano were married in New York City. In January of this year after a long bout with the draft board, Gene entered the Coast Guard OCS. He is presently serving as Chief, Supply Branch, for the 17th Coast Guard District. Kathleen is teaching 5th grade in Juneau and they seem to be enjoying life in the North Country.
Rob Arthur and the former Miss Gerry Mitchell were married in Rollins Chapel in November. Rob graduated from Stanford Law School in June of 1968. He is now on the staff of New Hampshire's Governor Walter Peterson. Rob and Gerry are now living in Concord, N. H. Engagement announcements this month include that of Dave Hewitt and Kathy Powers.

The reunion committee will soon be trying to firm up the number of people coming back to Hanover in June. The earlier you can make your plans the easier their planning will be. More on the Reunion next month.
