As most of you noted in a previous issue of the Alumni Magazine, Fred Searby was recently named a director of Mckinsey & Company, Inc., and manager of the Cleveland office. Fred is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and served with the U. S. Marines for three years. He is a member of the Visiting Committee for the Case Western Reserve University School of Management and an officer of the Harvard Business School of Cleveland. Fred's plans for the future include travel, international business, and possibly a tour with the U. S. government at some point. Fred, his wife Grace Marie, and two sons live in. Shaker Heights, Ohio.

From Fred, we also learned that Dan Searby is chairman of finance for the re-inauguration of President Nixon.

Art Pierce is still up in Hanover serving as superintendent of schools, a position finds particularly interesting. Art holds masters and doctorate torate degrès in education. Before returning to the Hanover Plain, he was assistant superintendent of schools in Scotch Plains, N. J. Art his wife Deborah, and their three children live on Lebanon Street just down from Memorial Field. Art enjoys summer water sports and gardening in his spare time.

gob Andrews is the new director, product management division, casualty-property commercial lines department at Hartford's Travelers Insurance Companies. Traveling is what Bob has been doing since he joined the company in 1959 as witness by the following assignments: Syracuse, Columbus, Toledo, Kansas City, and Hartford. He is a native of West Hartford, and lives there again now at 28 Sandhurst Drive.

Byron Krantz is an attorney at law with Metzenbaum, Gaines, Finiey and Stern in Cleveland. Byron holds a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University and prior to his present job, was a field representative to Senator Stephan Young (D-Ohio) for six years. He has been a trustee and vice president of Brith Emeth Congregation, a trustee of various other community organizations, and has been involved in five major democratic political campaigns. Byron, his wife Joan and their two sons live in Cleveland.

A note from Mrs. S. L. Curtis informs us that her son Brad Curtis was appointed branch manager for 1.8.M. in San Francisco in June of 1,972. Brad lives in Moraga, Calif., with his wife and two sons and two daughters.
