Word comes from Boston that Terry Lichty has joined the management consulting firm of Cole and Associates with, fittingly, the title of associate. He will specialize in organization and compensation consulting. He made the switch from the personnel division the National Shawmut Bank. Before that Terry was a captain in the Adjutant Genera Corps, U.S. Army Security Agency. He and wife Susan and a small Lichty live in Dedham

Further word from Massachusetts, this time from Springfield, reveals that Pete Weston has been elected assistant trust officer of the Valley Bank and Trust Company there and will be in charge of trusts, estates, and agency accounts. Otherwise he will keep busy as chairman of the speakers bureau for United Way and as an adviser with the YMCA. Pete is also a member of the Dartmouth Club of Springfield, serves as regional class agent for the College, and as administrative and personnel officer in the Navy reserve. The Westons live in Westfield.
