Buck Steers won't take no for an answer when he invites you to attend our 46th, June 14-17. His reunion committee will be meeting in Woodstock before the Penn game. For Helene and Larry Richmond, Great Neck is now only a jumping off place. They have a 250-year-old house at Provincetown and expect to do a lot of traveling now that Larry has retired from the music business. Florida and California are on their fall schedule. Daughter Lauren works for a small independent TV production office.

Don Cole. "I retired in April after 45 years with Lamborn & Co., international sugar brokers, of New York. My wife and I divide our time between our apartment in New Orleans and our home on the Gulf Coast at Waveland, Miss. Nine grandchildren."

Mac Horwitt. "I retire from academia (St. Louis University) in June 1976. Looking forward to Reunion at that time. Sneaked off with my bride for a Mediterranean-Adriatic cruise recently. Amazing how much older everyone else is."

Win Stone on the other hand is continuing part time at NYU and in 1976-77 will be at UCLA as research professor at the William Andrew Clark Memorial Library, a stronghold of 17th and 18th century material. Another Stone,George R., has the distinction of having his son George in the Class of '79 and daughter Elizabeth attending Rush Medical College after graduating from Mt. Holyoke.

Henry Hillson. "Mildred and I are at least part-time residents of Vermont. We're on Lake Bomoseen, west of Rutland, for four months and then back to New York. Life is full and busy."

Kirt Meyer will move shortly from Stamford to Heritage Village at Southbury. "Expect to continue my marketing consultant work on a somewhat reduced scale." As 907B at Southbury, look up a native by the name of Milt, 311B.

Hal Booma has recovered rapidly from a heart operation, is playing golf almost every day and was planning to be at Woodstock. PatWeaver. "Best from the West! Just visited our classmate in Washington on my way home from the Labor Day Telethon. I'm president of Muscular Distrophy Association now. Not the direct route from Las Vegas to Montecito, but fun." Ed Carroll is pleased that his junior son has joined him in the Woodman Insurance Agency of Salem. Joe Placak. "Am retired to the beautiful mountain country of North Carolina (Columbus), but still do a half day's work in medicine with a local physician which helps me keep in touch with medical progress. My other local duties are president of the county Library Board, chairman of a three county Board of Health and I also perform as one of the state's medical examiners. For intellectual stimulation I lead a 'Great Books' group, occasionally speak at the local universities chiefly on occupational medicine or one of my old loves, Mark Twain."

George Kearney will welcome you at Anson Newton in the Old Grey Barn in Morristown, if you are looking for casual clothes, but particularly because you are 1930. He and Sally spent July at their Maine camp. Chuck Faye was unable to join us at Woodstock. He seems to have some "exotic bug" not yet identified which has slowed him down but has not interfered with his drinking and eating habits. Pat Patterson has retired from his position as manager of Getz Travel Agency in SF. His previous Pan Am experience had taken him to Florida, Guatemala, and Bangkok. Now he does some part time travel agency work in the Los Altos area, traveled to Cape Cod this summer for a family reunion, and hopes to make it to Hanover for our 50th. I have a better idea, our 45th.

We have learned belatedly of the death of James E. Curtiss in September 1974. George Scheller is enjoying life on Marthas Vineyard. "Occasionally filling in for one of the doctors on the island, rest of the time taking care of grounds (too much), garden, house, and bees, and building up another couple of cords of firewood."

The Hanover Bicentennial Commission would like to have you hurry back in June.
