A welcome to the Big Apple for Cliff Groen, who has made the long trek from Honolulu and his legal work there. Cliff now works with Coudert Brothers in the Pan American Building here. Congratulations to Richard and Ruth Gass on the birth of daughter Alison Beth in February.'
At this writing (early May) a review of the big tally sheet for '68 indicates that our Class is headed for a fine showing in the Alumni Fund drive with 55 per cent of our $14,000 objective reached. However that per cent represents the generosity of a mere 30 per cent of the Class... some 240 of 800 people who wear green. So before you head to the beach or go on vacation, remember that the drive ends at the end of June and that it is high time to pitch in. I can never recall difficulty in finding people to build bonfires, cheer at hockey games, or tap kegs of beer . . . participation is the key to success of any endeavor, and Dartmouth will use this support wisely to provide for others what we had and better!
No more news of others, a bit of myself, elected in April to be vice president of the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University.
