Word from Hanover is that the roads are clear, the trees are budding, and the Campus Police are awaiting our arrival in June. (DonSamuelson has agreed to handle the negotiations again.)

Some quickies: Ed Cooper and family (wife Nancy and two daughters) are residing in Ann Arbor, Mich. Ed is busy turning out lawyers from the University of Michigan law school where he is a professor of procedure and antitrust.

Mike Beachley is now the chairman of the department of radiology at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, no doubt an x-rayted position.

Having successfully cleaned up organized

crime in eastern New York State, Bill Brodsky has left the U.S. Attorney's office and has has ed up his private law practice on Fifth Avenue in fun city, from where he can successfully defend those he used to pursue. Good luck, Bill.

A belated nod for achievement goes to Cary Clark who is advancing up the administrative ladder, having been promoted to college counsel by the Trustees of the College at their winter meeting. Just the fellow to see when the tuition bill comes due for our Dartmouth children.

Charlie Gaillard is busy these days putting cereal on the breakfast table. General Mills recently named Charlie to a position as vice president, a promotion from his previous post of general manager of the Golden Valley division.

A note from Stanford, Conn., tells that Janet and Bob Andrews have added an exemption, having adopted Caroline Vance last fall to join forCes" with sister Catherine, who is now nine. Bob doubles as an assistant controller of Xerox, Latin American (specializing in turning out governments in duplicate.)

That's it for another month. I plan on seeing you all in June. In case you're wondering, DanHumel is the fellow with less hair than me.
