He's . . . hold on . . . assistant master brewer at the Stroh Brewery Company in Detroit. No fooling. Ken's been there two and a half years after a stint teaching genetics and microbiology at Williams College and the State University of New York at Fredonio. Ken is responsible for all brewhouse operations at America's largest privately owned brewery. Salute!
