In the March issue of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE there were the names of four members of the Class who received Paul Revere bowls for consecutive contributions to the Alumni Fund. I learn that in 1977 similar awards were made to Roger Evans, John Ames, and Leslie Leavitt. This special attention to those who have contributed for 60 or more years was started by the son of our Jib Dingwall, Allan.

To Roy Burghardt goes sympathy in the death of his wife Dorothea on March 10.

Our sympathy goes to the families of OliverJ. Barr and Leo J. Rosen. Oliver Barr died February 5, 1979, and Leo Rosen October 4, 1978.

If you have not read in the March ALUMNI MAGAZINE the letters to the editor from alumni about the fraternity situation, get out that issue and read. Sad to say that this situation has given Dartmouth some bad publicity in the March 12 issue of Newsweek and the March 15 issue of the Philadelphia Enquirer.
