Thanks to Chink Chamberlain, we have news from a few classmates.
Marv and Marion Frederick are back home in New Jersey as of October 2.
Al Bull is off to Fort Worth November 13 for five months. His address is Gulf Stream Hotel, One Lake Avenue, Fort Worth, Fla. 33460.
Alice and Jack Johnson flew to Denver to attend the graduation of their youngest grandson, Eric, from the University of Colorado Medical School. Since July, Eric has been in an internship in Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Alice and Jack are both fine, with good reports from their doctor.
Jerry Shaw celebrated his 90th in July. He and his daughter stopped by Chink's home early in June, but no one was home.
A nice long letter from George Ingalls reports that despite his arthritis he is feeling OK. On September 30 he will celebrate his 90th. Congratulations! It has been eight years since he has seen a classmate, but he and Duze Lounsberry keep up a steady correspondence. One of his favorite pastimes is watching pro football, but the strike will deprive him of this pleasure.
Dale Barker went to the Cape in July, but his back-up driver had to return to Wakefield to the hospital, which kept him out ten weeks, so there were no more trips to the Cape for him. At this writing he has no plans for Florida.
Jack Johnson, Dale Barker, Bill Lyman, and Elliott Sharp were the birthday boys in October, and Marv Frederick and Harold Mattison celebrate theirs in November. To complete the year, Tracy Brownell has a birthday in December.
