David Alderson has been elected assistant treasurer of Pennzoil Company, at the corporation's headquarters in Houston, Tex. Prior to his election as assistant treasurer, he served as director of treasury, finance, and as corporate cash manager. Dave joined the company in 1978 as a financial analyst after receiving a master's degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
