Classmates, Big Green families, the time draws near for our 20th extravaganza. Mark your calendars for June 17 posthaste, don't delay. See who's lost hair; see whose hair has returned since the 15th.

Cliff Groen writes from the Big Apple that he joined Kelly, Drye and Warren, a 152-year old, 350-attorney law firm, on June 1, 1987. He continues his interest in international law, representing governments of developing countries in Asia and East Africa on major industrial projects. He travels to Asia three or four times yearly, often visiting Edamol Kiriwat, who is director of the Bank of Thailand in Bangkok. Cliff co-authored a chapter on arbitration law in Korea in a tome published in 1987.

Cliff and his wife, Martha, were Harvard Law '71 classmates and share their interest in international law. They both served four years in Seoul, as foreign legal consultants, Martha being the first woman attorney in Korea.

Russ Chapman regrets he won't be able to make the 20th. He's too poor after a recent trip through Europe preceeding the 14th International Botanical Congress in West Berlin. Russ is professor of Botany at LSU and presented papers at Egham Hill near London and lectured at the University of Munster. He also visited friends in Helsinki and his foreign study family in Freiburg, West Germany.

John and Gailund Remsen and sons Eric 15, Craig 12, and Daniel 11, look forward to visiting Hano.ver. John keeps busy developing The Marcom Group, now eight years old, a Champaign, I11., marketing communications firm. He provides a full range of services to community bankers and regional health care providers.

Congratulations to Rich duMoulin, whose fourth (and final) child was born New Year's Eve (making Rich's accountant almost as happy as the proud parents). Rich notes that he's finally equaled ex-roommate Lee Reichart's production. Work is exciting since Rich's company's tankers are trading in the Persian Gulf.

News from Bill Escovitz: he's working for Hewlett Packard and wife Sari is working part time as an attorney for Holland and Hart. They celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary December 17. Sons Daniel 8, and David 5, are doing fine. Their major extracurricular activity is remodeling an old house in Colorado Springs.

Rich Wottrich notes that his firm, DSI Financial Services, initiated the largest banking deal in Chicago history. DSI represented LaSalle National Bank in their acquisition of Lane Financial Inc., $1.6 billion in assets. The deal should close in May.

See you in June.
