It is with deep regret that we record the passing of two of our classmates, Charles S. "Chick" Hopkins on January S and Edward F. "Eddie" McNamara on February 2. Obituaries will follow shortly.

Thanks to Twoters who have paid annual class dues and to the stewardship of our treasurer, Carroll Dwight, the 1922 Memorial Book program in Baker Library has assured continuation. A memorial volume with a bookplate inscribed in the name of the departed classmate is authorized by the class and purchased by Baker in each eligible case.

Two memorial book notes recently received are samples of appreciation. Celia Farnham, wife our recently deceased classmate, Larry Farnham, and mother of William P. Farnham '56, writes: "I appreciate so much the thoughtfulness on the class of 1922. Larry loved his College and classmates and now to have a memorial book in Baker Library is very special to me. It is a beautiful idea. Thank you, classmates." And Connie M. Rhines, daughter of our StanMiner, wife of Robert C. Rhines '60 and mother' of Linda L. Rhines '86, writes: "Thank you for the concern and sympathy offered when my father died. Also, we really appreciate the class of 1922 gift of a book with his name in it."

The hill winds know their names.
