If you are thinking of crashing at Chris Blaski's somewhat palatial Thetford Hill, Vt., home for Reunion Weekend, June 15-17, you should know this: Nina and Eleanor, the Official Class of 1981 Tenth Reunion Kittens, wake up early. Like, at 5:00 a.m. They scratch at the sofa, chase their little balls, poke at the shirt hanging out of your suitcase and, generally, are real annoying until Chris finally gets up to feed them. Just so you know.

Reunion Weekend is, in fact, just around the corner, and the big news is this: Even if, for some farfetched, implausible reason, you haven't registered yet, Pat Berry still will let you come. As long as you send Pat your deposit RIGHT NOW, you'll be entitled to enjoy "The best weekend you've ever had in your entire life" with those wacky '79s and 'Bos. There will be no defamatory Class Notes abuse, and you will not have to wear an embarrassing "I registered late" badge.

Literally hundreds of your classmates have registered even as I write. They may include former cartoonist/fanny guy SteveKelley who, in his current incarnation as stand-up comic/funny guy, recently did the Tonight Show thing with Jay Leno. He even got to sit in Ed McMahon's chair.

Attendees also will, I hope, include former Thai pineapple kingpin Chuck Nord-hoff. Chuck has returned to Seattle, set up shop in Senator Slade Gorton's headquarters there and, with wife Sarah, produced a daughter, Emily Grace. Jim Jankowski, known to you all as the Reunion Beverage King, also is a new father; Shari gave birth to Andrew Kyle in January.

Will Blanchard— yet another classmate who works for Lotus Development and will tell me, a relatively honest journalist, absolutely nothing about the company—lives in Cambridge, Mass. And Matt Davis is a doctor in New Mexico. He met his wife, Anne Brayer, at Rochester U.'s med school; now, they have a son, Oliver.

CNV/CLF claim that Kim Dunn, a U.Cal.-Berkeley law grad, has moved to Anchorage, Alaska. Meanwhile, Chris HunterTaylor (who, in typically incestuous Dartmouth fashion, once roomed with Kim and Beth Harris at Berkeley Law) is practicing environmental law in Marin County, Calif. Husband Sam is group marketing director for Citicorp's western division.

Roger and Cindy Stephens Bloch are Californians, too. So are their two daughters, Rebecca and Allison. Cindy is a vice president at Swiss Bank; Roger will get his Ph.D. in applied earth sciences this spring. Gina Dimino, Cindy says, is getting a Ph.D., too (why does a master's suddenly seem so inadequate?), in physics from U.Cal.-Santa Cruz. She was married in September.

Thanks to the crack Cerulli-Nutt-Valles team for making my life easy this month. To them, and everyone else: See you June 15, at the tent.
