Dick Glovsky has supplied me with various tidbits garnered from his Alumni Fund telephoning. Here they are, alphabetically by height. GenePinover works on the financing of large real estate projects across the country for the major Park Avenue law firm, Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays and Handler. Pete Zacchilli runs his own printing business in Newton, Mass. Larry Gillis is vice president and controller at Travelers Insurance Company, running its real estate investment department. The oldest of his three children is a junior at Texas Tech. Paul Jerde is the president of Telwatch, a telecommunications network and management firm in Boulder, Colo. Leonard Nelson continues to practice law in Chicago. And finally, Dick himself has been named vice chairman of the Anti-Defamation League, New England region. I'm saving the rest of Dick's news for a later issue.

Fred Becker has notched another run on the corporate ladder, having been promoted from vice president to senior vice president of the Chancellor Corp., Boston.

(Nicholas North has been elected president and director of American Brands International Corp., a subsidiary of American Brands, Inc. Nick has been vice president since 1985 and has played a major role in developing the organization. American Brands is a global consumer products holding company with four core businesses tobacco, distilled spirits, life insurance, and office products. Nick lives in Newton, Conn., with his wife, Susan, and two children.

Homecoming this year is October 13. As always, we will have a pregame get-together across from Topliff Hall. The class is also planning a more formal mini-reunion after the game. Details to follow.

Sadly, I must report the death of two classmates Fred Byrd and Anthony Beliajeff.
