I'd like to round out this year with some news about our class. First, believe it or not, our Tenth Reunion has been scheduled for June 1996. Because Dartmouth clusters reunions, we will celebrate with the '85s and '86s. A reunion chair will be announced shortly; in the meantime, contact Class President Ginny Wise Wilkins at (617) 244-2124 if you are interested in volunteering to help plan this great party,

Second, our fundraising efforts for 1994 gleaned $31,855 in cash for Dartmouth, with 34 percent of the class participating. This is a new class record, and it demonstrates our fine spirit. Many thanks to all who contributed.

Third, the Young Alumni Committee of the College's Alumni Council has published some hotline numbers to call for information about Dartmouth Club events in major cities. In Boston call (617) 739-9663; Washington, (703) 866-6922; and San Francisco, (415) 442-7919. Get motivated and get out to some of these fun events with Dartmouth friends!

Back to the individual side, Jeff Mead founded and heads his own company in Watertown, Mass. Dartmouth Publishing produces textbooks and training manuals, among other projects. Jeff and his wife, Barbara, have a baby daughter, Emily.

Jim and Jessica Slosberg Benjamin took time out from coordinating the fraternity sorority fundraising effort to have a baby girl. Grace Marie was born in June. Congratulations to all these new parents!

Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa., recently named Erik Meidl chief resident in the department of internal medicine. Erik earned his medical degree from U-Penn and spent his first two years of residency training at the U-Penn Hospital in Philadelphia.

Coincidentally, Kenneth Laughinghouse also completed his residency in internal medicine at U-Penn this past year. This summer he began a fellowship in hematology/oncology there. He graduated from Yale Med School, and he and his wife, Lisa, have a two year-old daughter, Katherine..
