Stephen Routhier has what sounds like a very interesting job as creative director for Hard Rock Cafe International. The restaurant chain has an extensive collection of rock 'n' roll memorabilia, built up under Steve's direction. The collection includes more than 15,000 pieces with an estimated worth in excess of $10 million. Items from the collection are displayed at the 25 Hard Rock Cafés around the world. After graduating from Dartmouth, Steve worked in advertising in New York before he went to work for a friend who was a co-founder of the Hard Rock Cafés. He now lives in Orlando with his wife and two children.
