Jim Lustenader was good enough to send along a couple of snapshots of the class mini-reunion last October. I can't run them here, but I assure you they're full of family and green. One shows Class President Bob Serenbetz anchoring the '66 contingent on Paul Doscher's Norwich terrace overlooking the Upper Valley.
Rear Admiral Bill Hayden is now chief of Naval Air Training Command, Corpus Christi, Texas. He had been director of operations, Atlantic Fleet Command. In his new post, Bill is in charge of five training air wings, five naval air stations, 17 training squadrons, 800 planes, and 14,000 naval and civilian personnel in Texas, Florida, and Mississippi. Wow, I've got a third of an acre and a cat.
More sad news, I'm afraid. Classmate BobZartler died in November. Stay well.
