"Where is Ms. Right/The weather is here, I wish you were beautiful." Bill Marozas (borrowing from Jimmy Buffet). Bill e-mails us, "I'm in San Francisco, working as a program manager in manufacturing for Cisco Systems Inc. Personal highs (and lows): I'm not skiing enough, I'm not playing enough, I'm actually enjoying my work(?!?)." Bill also let us in on some news of friends. "The most recent episode of the Annual Dartmouth Golf Club Tour took place in Orlando, Fla., just this past month. Attendees at the four-day event include Bob Rech (still huge), Lenny Fontes (engaged), Matt Landa (attached at the hip to Karen Blodgett), Tucker Stephens (hopeless), Craig Saltzgaber (bald), Sammy Zales (naked photos I've got the negatives), Greg Lesko (expecting this September), and Matthew Burke (also engaged). Mike "T onto" Tonneson (married August 9) was also invited, but couldn't pass the minimum height requirement.

"I'm now living in Columbia, Md., and have two years left in neurosurgery residency at Georgetown University," writes Mark Proctor. "It works out to be seven years of hell, but there is now light at the end of the tunnel. I'm married to Charlotte McKee, Harvard '86, who is a physician at Johns Hopkins. Charlotte is now looking very pregnant and due July 3. Tiger Robinson and his wife just moved to Columbia, and he is running his own consulting business. John Eipper is a Spanish prof in Michigan, and Gordon McNenney is an ad executive in New York."

Kirk Lecompte is living in Laguna Beach, Calif., and working for File Net Corp. John Meier moved to Boulder, Colo., and has a new job, new house, and new baby (Andrew).

Jonathan Shurnik e-mailed me the following during the summer: "Next week, I'm attending a multi-cultural men's workshop that I produced with my friend Mike Gohring, which will bring men of color and men of European descent together for three days in a wilderness setting to deal very experientially with issues of privilege and oppression, environmental degradation, and racism. This is the work that I feel most drawn to right now, to heal some of the many wounds our culture has created and now sustains."

Matt Berardo works in title development at a software start-up in San Rafael, Calif. He's a composer and musician in charge of all sound and music for the products they create. The company is called Presage Software Development.

Susan Weiner is an assistant professor of French at Yale after a two-year stint in the Midwest at the University of Toledo. Michael Rockefeller wrote to say, "Tara and I had a baby girl this past March 23. She is named Eliza Harmon (Eliza was John D. Rockefeller's mother's name, and Harmon is Tara's mother's maiden name). She is very cute, but I am not biased."

Jon Williams writes, "I have been married for about three years to a wonderful person named Julie. We have an 18-month-old daughter named Kira who is beautiful (I am not biased). We are living in Oberlin, Ohio, where I work in the admissions office as associate director and coordinator for multi-cultural admissions.... I saw Pam Loos in a Slim Fast commercial along with a bunch of other people who did not look like they needed to do a Slim Fast commercial."

And finally, Scott Sandell writes, "I'm doing independent consulting for small hightech companies here in Silicon Valley. My wife, Jennifer, and I have been married almost a year."

That's all for now. Please note my new address.
