For those of you who missed our 20th Reunion, here is a brief summary ofsomeof what you missed. Three days of glorious New England weather complete with afternoon thundershowers and cold north winds. Two hundred thirty classmates and their families. Bunches of lastminute attendees. Record attendance for any class! Two fabulous hikes and one great overnight on Mt. Moosilauke. Crew races. Footraces. Kids' activity tents overflowing with kids and activities. Uncomfortable dorm beds. Reliable Thayer food. Keg beer. One bad Elvis imitation. Several lively panel discussions. One cute talent show. One picnic at Storrs Pond. Very few speeches. One newly elected classmate. Many trips down memory lane. Some respectable tennis. Kegs at Bones Gate. Several late-night assaults on Sphinx. One very large check from Mac Taylor and Lelie Bradford to President Freedman. Trips to old haunts. Trips to new haunts. Bad golf. Good golf. Several hangovers. No regrets.

For those of you who attended, wasn't that a blast? There were far too many friends to mention but everyone I spoke to said it surpassed their expectations. My only thought is how are we going to top it in 2002 for our 25th? My suggestion is we each get our closest friend who didn't attend to commit to joining us in five years. The other suggestion would be to make it a week-long affair.

Congratulations to our class officers and executive committee members for five years of dedication. Their hard work has brought our class closer together, has created new and stronger loyalty to Dartmouth and has set a standard for other classes to aspire to. To Missy, Amy, Mark, Steve, Dave, Janet, Leslie Thanks. To the new slate of officers-Good luck. And to the rest of the class, it's been my pleasure and I look forward to reading about all of you in Alan's fabulous columns.
