For the past 38 years the College has been publishing a booklet entitled Sources, which informs students and faculty alike on the conventions of scholarly citations. The newly published 1998 (slimmed down, "easier to use") revision of the book incorporates new media such as web sites, CD-ROMS, computer software, and on-line journals. Here's an interesting footnote: Although there are more kinds of sources out there to cite than there were when the first edition of the book was published, the book's original description of plagiarism hasn't changed since 1960.
