Although I have been told by all parties not to do this, I must take this opportunity to spread egg on my face. I mistakenly assumed in a recent Class Notes that Angela Dadak and Jeff Middents '93 had tied the knot. Well, fear not, those of you who thought you missed out on all the fan—while they have had a LONG engagement, the wedding has not yet occurred. Mark your calendars for October!

OK, now that I've got that out of the way it's time to announce another engagement. This latest one I find hard to write, because I had always thought that she would wait for me. But I must congratulate Ashley O'Neill, who will walk the aisle in the near future with Karl Kleiderer. It's been a long courtshipthey met at Kellogg School of Business a few years back—but it will all be worth it October 2 in Charlotte, N.C. Unless, of course, I decide to try and put a halt to the proceedings (don't worry, Ashley, I won't do that!).

Got an update from Whitney Allen in Boston. She has recently taken on a job as assistant editor at Center Watch Inc., a multimedia publishing company focusing on the clinical trials industry. Prior to that, she and Chris Bingham spent 12 days in Italy and had an "absolutely wonderful" time.

Another huge e-mail arrived from Holly Johnson, who had much to report. I don't think I'll get to all of the news here, so I'll pick and choose. First of all, she was happy to report that she will be gainfully employed as the tenth pediatrician in a private-practice group just outside of Tacoma, Wash., after she finishes up her pediatric residency in Seattle in June and gets in a trip to Europe (she hopes).

Gary Davis got married in April in Philadelphia, and he is finishing up some GMO time for the U.S. Navy before continuing his family practice residency in the Philly area. Adrianna Bravo is finishing up her pediatric residency, while Frantz Gibbs is in Providence doing an ER residency.

Nancy Bacchieri has been living in Seattle and is even a homeowner, working for Nextlink Communications doing work in investor relations. On the other coast, Kellie Houston is in NYC working in the law world and Julie Cusick just started a new job with American Express in product sales/marketing.

Unfortunately, my monthly news of the fun and frolic of our classmates must end with a sad note this month. JillHopper, who you may have seen pictured in a recent Alumni Magazine issue, passed away on March 17 of a pulmonary embolism in Washington, D.C. An official obituary will be in the next issue of the Alumni Magazine, but people are encouraged to make a memorial gift in her memory to Avon Dollars for Scholars (Linda Lubomski, treasurer), Farmington Savings Bank, 296 Country Club Road, Avon, CT 06001.
