So many Reunion updates, such little space! I have to begin by saying how great it was to be back in Hanover for a weekend full of familiar faces-I was pleasandy surprised by how genuinely fun it was to be surrounded by classmates and friends who were our extended families for so many years. I hope that the 400-plus '94s who were in attendance had a memorable and happy weekend, and I sincerely hope the rest of you make it back for the Tenth! Congratulations and welcome to our newly elected class officers: Ken Bower, our new class president; Kerry Whitacre, our new VP; I'm still your dutiful class secretary; and Steve Calhoun remains in charge of our cash flow as treasurer. Amy Palmer and Benjamin Dean will be our newsletter editors; Jen Suhie and JonNewton will be our mini-reunion chairs; AmyErtel will be our Alumni Council rep; and Heather Jones will be our bequests chair. I believe the search for a head agent still continues, so if you are interested, please let me know, or contact Ken at . Thanks to all the members of the executive committee and other classmates who attended our meeting, and of course, a special thanks to Tracie Waack Larson and the reunion committee for all of their hard work and organization in bringing us all together again. Now, on to the news, which is being brought to you mostly by my dear friend and ultimate conversationalist, Dan Garodnick. Dan has been my key source for post-reunion info, as I have no memory retention since I finished grad school. Dan, however, is deep in the heart of grad school, and therefore, he is all about facts and detail. Dan will begin his final year at UPenn Law in the fall, where he will serve as editorin-chief of die Lav) Review. Dan is joined at UPenn Law by fellow '94s Tim Martin and Jen Zepralka. Liz (Berger) and Jordan Friedman are now living in North Carolina, where Liz is an M.B.A. candidate at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke and Jordan is a sales manager for a software company. Alissa Peck works in N.Y.C. for Ogilvie Advertising. Lexie Riley is working for the Salt Lake City Olympic Committee. Steve Double is an attorney in N.Y. Andy Voigt is doing his residency in internal medicine at Georgetown, while his wife, Laura, is also working on her residency in pediatrics. Benjamin Dean is working for the D.C. firm of Shaw & Pittman. Len Mead does programming for ESPN (covering hockey, NASCAR racing, and bowling) and his fiancee, Amanda McMillan '95, is working on a Ph.D. in molecular.. .engineering (we think) whatever it is, it sounds much harder than Len's job. Len and Amanda are getting married in Hanover on May 27,2000—here's to your children having equally versatile talents! Alike Gardner works for Arthur Andersen Consulting in Boston. Christine Carter is still working for Quaker Oats out in Chicago. Hally Burak is at the NYU School of Business. Chris Battel is in his second year at Wharton. TrevorBurgess works for Morgan Stanley. Deb Vogel is an artist in California (the L.A. area, we think). Jess Andre works for the Edison Project in N.Y. a consulting group geared toward public school improvement. Maddie Pooler is a Latin teacher at a middle school outside Boston, and is married to Brian Crounse. OK I've got another whole page full of notes and a folder full of letters, but I am hitting my word limit, so I'll have to tell you about it all next time. After all, I have another five years I might as well spread it out. Take care and keep writing.
