E-mail correspondent BruceHamilton sent a corporate blurb about Lee Mitau. Lee, who has served as U.S. Bancorn's executive vice president, general counsel and secretary since 1995, will also assume responsibility for the company's corporate development function. He will be responsible for identifying and analyzing acquisition projects, expanding his current role as the company's chief legal adviser on its M&A transactions.

Bob Robbins has been sharing his insights about the stock market in both the print and electronic media. As a result of a merger with his old firm, Osborne Mills has become a partner in Squire, Sanders and Dempsey. Os will join the firm's corporate practice in Ohio. One final corporate note. Rich McNeil is now a managing director with Goldman Sachs.
