John Frondorf and his I brother Steve '71 participated in the Broad Street Run in Philadelphia last May. I would have said "ran" but his time would indicate that to be false. He did finish in the top 3,000, and those who live in the area probably remember seeing him at the finish the guy who and looking tired.

Tom Gilmore writes to say that his son Tom III will matriculate with the class of 1996 this fall, along with other progeny from our class. Tom works for Merrill Lynch on the private client side. Tom now has an additional reason to come to Hanover for the Homecoming game in October.

John Danford has risen to the rank of full professor of political science at die University of Houston (I love those meaty press releases). The Homecoming game is die weekend of October 16-17 and we plan, as always, to have a pre-game get-together. Contrary to what I said in my last column, the gathering will indeed be at our usual spot across from Topliff. Look for the banner.

Occasionally at the end of this column I mention the passing of a classmate, giving no details. If so, it is because that is all I know. The full obituary may not appear for several issues. This delay has upset some people but it is simply the way things are. Take care and write.
