Our class participates in Baker Library's Alumni Memorial Books Program, funding the purchase of a book to memorialize each deceased class member. As a young class, we are fortunate not to have to contribute to the program very often. This past month Jeff Acker, our class treasurer, made a contribution to ensure that we have memorialized the nine members of our class who are no longer with us: Jennifer Crary,Craig Washa, Elizabeth Erickson Alberti,Stacey Coverdale, Omondi Obura, WilliamNicholas, Keith Nelson, Karen Avenoso and Adam Lieberman. The contributions are used by the acquisitions services librarian to purchase books ordered for the collection by the library's subject bibliographers.
