Next time you're surfing the Web, check out goldi nthewater. com. That's P.H. Mullen's site for his recently published book of the same name. The nonfiction account follows a handful of U.S. swimmers who pursue their dream of participating in the 2000 Summer Olympics. Aworld-class swimmer himself, P.H. competed at Dartmouth, and in 1995 he swam across the English Channel in near-record time. He lives in San Jose, California, with his wife and daughter.

Courtesy of her husband, Eric Swanson, I received a lengthy update on Jill Rinehart, who returned to her home state of Minnesota after graduating from Dartmouth to attend medical school. During that time she married Eric, whom she has known since fifth grade. Her pediatric residency brought her back East to the University of Vermont, and now Jill is a joint partner in a pediatric medicine practice in Burlington, Vermont. She is a board member on the American Academy of Pediatrics national committee for children with special needs, having created many programs and policies at the local, state and national level to improve the medical system for and lives of children with chronic illnesses and special needs. Jill and Eric bought land in the foothills of the Green Mountains in South Starksboro, Vermont, and built their own postand-beam home, putting her Dartmouth Outing Club skills to the test! The house is always busy with eight Siberian huskies and the most recent additions, sons Aland Walter, 2, and Jagr Svensson, 5 months. (Eric reports that the boys are already wearing Dartmouth green and will be joining the classes of 2021 and 2023!) Jill can be reached at onthehil@together.net.

More doctor updates: Vijay Vaswani joined the staff at Robert Wood Johnson University in Hamilton, New Jersey, in the department of surgery. He received his M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston. Dao Luong joined the family practice at Fallon Medical Office in Sturbridge, Massachusettss. She earned her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Stephanie Crowley sent me a quick note to tell of a weekend visit to Seattle to visit Sean and Lara Dilg Nolan. In addition to the "killer fondue" they enjoyed while there, Stephanie spoke highly of the Nolans's two sons, Alex and Connor, and reminisced about college times.

Hey! Think of all the great reminiscing you can do with classmates at our reunion in Juneit's definitely not too late to make your plans. By now you should have received a bunch of registration materials by mail. If you haven't, contact our reunion chairs at 1991.reunion@ alum.dartmouth.org. Better yet, log on to www.alum.dartmouth.org/classes/91/, click on the link to "10 th Reunion," and register to attend online! What could be easier? There's also a list of all our classmates who plan to be there (an impressive amount!), travel info and a schedule of events. Plus a fun " 'round the girdled earth" survey that's a cinch to fill out. See you all in a couple short months!
