A nice missive from Ned Disque, good newsletter material. He is well enough to get around with Peg in Colorado Springs to dine, do errands and seek entertainment. John Zimmerman and Barbara are back in Stonington, Connecticut, doubting that they will winter in Florida again. "Too snug where we are." Ed Marks has had a couple of blows, losing his son, Tom, in an automobile accident and worrisome health problems, but he and Vera are adjusting. Ben Cowden of Honolulu says the good news is that his medical deductions preclude any need to worry about his income tax. If you have read of Michael Cardozo, New York's corporation counsel, he's a relative of our classmate but not his son, Michael '63, living in Bethesda, Maryland and working in Washington.

Turning to the ladies, Helen (Mrs. Carl) Bang from Florida tells us: "Boy is it howling hot here in Ocala. I can't wait to get to my A-frame on the Pemaquid River in Bristol, Maine." From Marion (Mrs. Larry) Colby to Howdy Pierpont: "I'm very well at 90 and hope you are too." Laura (Mrs. Paul) Dunn, after Paul's death in 1998, moved from Winchester, Massachusetts, to La Jolla, California. Loves it there and keeps very busy. Sadly, Bob McConnochie is confined to a nursing home and Joe Byram, Larry Milgroom, Anne (Mrs. John) Palmer and Dorothy (Mrs. Carlos) Baker have passed away. Our condolences to their families.
