Greetings from sunny Philadelphia! Fifty-degree weather between Christmas and New Year's Eve, not a cloud in the sky—what's going on here? Anyway, here's what's happening: Jay Kiessling, M.D., has just joined the Trinity Medical Group in North Dakota. He's a general and vascular surgeon who has practiced in Florida, Kentucky, Illinois and Alabama for the past 13 years. David Highmark is the chairman and CEO of Northern Trust Bank in Phoenix, Arizona. After a rotator cuff injury cut short his pitching career with the Baltimore Orioles, he became a financial analyst for Eli Lilly and Cos. Eventually he ended up running the largest personal trust operation in Arizona. Bert Hubinger has recently published a book of poems titled Sea Drums.
