After years of very much appreciated service to the great class of 1935, our beloved president, Yank Price, is stepping down, and the mantle of president will be worn by our very dedicated Bill Mathers. George Colton has very graciously agreed to take on the position of vice president. All other class officers will continue to maintain their positions unless someone of you cares to Volunteer take on one of the positions.

Plans for the 70th are proceeding and it looks like there will be a decent turnout. If anyone is on the fence, get off of it and come to the reunion. A great time is promised for one and all.

Hal Orenstein writes that he cannot come due to illness. He also writes to say that Jules Bromberg died last year. John Wallace writes that Fred Haley died April 4 from complications of a broken hip. Dave Williams died June 4.

Bob H. Denham, who left Dartmouth after two years, ended up at the U. of Michigan, around whose affairs he spent the better part of his life. Thanks for keeping in touch.

I drove up to Los Angeles with my Joy to have lunch with Bob and Fran Boehm, who flew in en route from New York. We had a lovely time together. If any of you get to visit southern California, please contact me so that we can get together. Keep well!
