Sorry for the missed notes last month. I was in the midst of birthday party preparations for both of my children and a First Communion party at the time of the deadline. With all the hectic activity here, the deadline just passed me by!

Allyson Bouldon was kind enough to send me an update about her life. She is the general counsel of Tegrant Corp. She started at this position about a year ago and is really having a great time! She has been in-house counsel for about 14 years. Allyson was profiled, along with four other general counsels, for a cover story of the April Chicago Lawyer magazine. Allyson relocated for work and splits her time between a townhouse near the company and her downtown Chicago condo. Due to successful development containment efforts, her townhouse is abutted by open space and farmland and will remain so for the next nine years. She states that she is quite the city person and secretly suspects that she is providing many instances of Green Acres-type entertainment to her new neighbors! In her spare time she is spending as much time as she can with family and friends and serving as an officer of the association of Corporate Counsel's Chicago chapter.
