Sixtieth Reunion

The Sixtieth Reunion of the class was held on June 22, 1932, at the Hanover Inn.

Carrying out in all respects so far as possible the plans laid and matured by its late president, Professor Edwin J. Bartlett, there assembled all the others who intended or were able to be present. They were Henry Mann Silver, M.D., president of the class; Hon. Albert LeBoy Bartlett, member of the Massachusetts legislature and formerly mayor of Haverhill, Mass.; Professor Emeritus James F. Colby; Mrs. George T. Tuttle of Milton, Mass., who has always so ably and efficiently represented and succeeded her talented husband (of whom it became an adage "that he was always right") by carrying on his work in the class and continuing and increasing his liberal contributions to the Tucker Alumni Fund; and George H. Fletcher, class secretary.

Host Fairfield contributed largely to the success of the occasion by his liberal menu and floral display with class insignia, which was the admiration of all.

At the close of the dinner and in accordance with a unanimous vote, greetings were wired to Hon. George Barstow French, former secretary of the class, and Hon. George Fred Williams, the presence of both of whom was prevented by illness.
