THE EXECUTIVE officers of the Northwest Alumni Association held their first meeting at the home of President Ed Lynch '23,1701 West 26th St., Minneapolis. A plan for assisting undergraduates in locating summer employment was set up. It operated under the supervision of Paul Loudon '14.

On June 1, John A. Norton '08, 2182 Wellesley Ave., St. Paul, president of our Association last season, and at present chairman of our executive committee, was honored at a testimonial dinner at the St. Paul Athletic Club. The dinner was attended by the leading educators, coaches, and news commentators of this locality, as well as by many of Jack's friends. Approximately 300 attended. Jack was presented with a beautiful mahogany desk and furnishings for his study as a token of appreciation for the fine work he has done for the youngsters of St. Paul.
