One of the most welcome letters I have received in a long while was one from Willis Howe, in which he advised that business was bringing him to the United States and that he would arrive in New York Saturday morning, October 25th, just in time to take in the Yale game. I wish it were possible for the rest of the Class to see Willis, for as the financial genius of Guatemala he has had a most interesting career. Very few, if any, of us has seen Willis since graduation, so it will be most exciting to see how the passing years have treated him.

In his travels this summer Charles Milham had the good fortune to visit with Phil Chase in Garfield, Utah.

Phil has a very responsible job in looking after the health and general welfare of the employees of the Utah Copper Co. at Garfield. He has entirely recovered from the serious operation which prevented him from attending our thirty-fifth reunion. His elder daughter, Mary Elizabeth, is now a Freshman at the University of Utah.

In Denver, Charlie lunched with Dave Main and also attended the annual Dartmouth picnic. He reports that the reason Dave could not get back to the 35th was "an insurance contract of huge proportions in connection with a large defense plant near Denver, which required his personal attention."

Dave is very active in Church and Civic affairs and is really one of the "big men" of Denver.

Rannie Morse, who will soon become a resident of Cape Cod, commuting back and forth to business in New York, is now located at 50 Broadway, in case you are interested in investing your millions in stocks and bonds.

Smith O'Brien, Mike's oldest son, was killed in an automobile accident at Rye Beach, N. H., in September. With his brother Frederic they had been operating the law office established by their Father. The Class extends its sincere sympathy to Helen, Frederic and Helen Marie.

Charles Howard's new business address is 812 Hubbell Building, Des Moines, lowa.

Robie Evans is now living at Thornbrook Manor, 819 Montgomery Ave., Bryn Mawr, Pa.
