By the time this is in print the secretary and Mrs. Austin will be in their summer home in New Hampshire. The address is Warner, although they actually live in the town of Webster. The town with but 375 inhabitants has a curious geographical situation or condition. It has three postal addresses, Warner, Contoocook and Penacook, but no Webster. It also is served by three telephone systems, New England, Kearsarge and Merrimack County, but again the name of Webster does not appear. If one tries to reach the town by rail he must leave the train at Warner or Boscawen or, possibly, Penacook. If one tries to locate an inhabitant and is possessed with perseverance, success will be attained provided there is plenty of time at one's disposal.
