"Ed" Griffith's obituary appears in the InMemoriam section of this issue but it does not by any means tell of all the good that was in the man.

It does not tell of his unfailing patience and good nature which stood out during college days, nor of his carrying on the burden of class agent without complaint for years. We all will miss him greatly at reunions and many of us who saw him more often will grieve much at his passing which seems so untimely. Unfortunately '93 was not represented at his funeral.

A Christmas card from "Sam" Hunt tells of his teaching at New England College, Henniker, N. H., and it advised us also of the serious illness of Mrs. Hunt, but that she was slowly recovering. She wished to be remembered to the Class. And now comes the sad word from "Sam" under date January 19, of her passing quietly away during the night. George Dodge kindly writes and sends clippings from the Manchester Union telling of her passing and of her funeral. She was very active in many fields. We grieve with and for Sam at his loss.

The Rev. Edward Bowers had a party at Fort Plain, N. Y., on the occasion of his 85th birthday. "Good Old Shorty"! We wish him many more of them. He writes that he has had letters from Burbank and Gustin. Burbank and his wife are both well but Gustin has not been too well.

A nice letter from President Guy Cox says that he hopes to go to his farm at Pittsfield, N. H., for a week around the 22nd of February. He is fearful that he is going to have labor trouble there, that is, trouble in getting help.
