Over 50 enthusiastic alumni, fathers of present undergrads, and guests heard President Dickey speak at our annual state meeting January 26 at the Indianapolis University Club. His informal report on college activities was highly interesting to everyonehalf of the assembled peppering questions for three hours after the meeting was officially adjourned.

Hank Peirce '34 and Jack Holliday 43 took the President on a duke's tour of the General Motors Allison plant in the afternoon after he had addressed a group of high school principals and education leaders at noon Thursday, so his spare time allotment was negligible. The noon meeting was ably arranged by Tex Mahoney' '40 and WaltKuhn Jr. '41, while new-prexy Blaine MillerJr. '31 wielded the gavel at all sessions of the pow-wow.
