It's unusual for an undergraduate to make the Wah-Hoo-Wah column in this MAGAZINE but it happened in the January issue. The Philadelphia Inquirer states "Richard C. Pugh, son of William Pugh, well-known West Philadelphia and suburban realtor, is a senior at Dartmouth College, where he is President of the senior class, a member of the Student Council and the Casque and Gauntlet, the undergraduate honorary society. A graduate of Episcopal Academy, he is one of three children. A Phi Beta Kappa student, he also is undergraduate head of the Naval Reserve Training Corps at Dartmouth. In addition to this he is chairman of the judiciary committee and a member of both the lacrosse and wrestling teams." We extend sincere congratulations to him.
