Spring's come and almost gone. It doesn't seem like a year ago that we were in Hanover for reunion, and it does not seem like a year ago that we were .in the midst of an Alumni Fund campaign, a campaign which was extremely successful for the College.
Al Bildner, as 1947's Class Agent, this year for the first time, has worked diligently these past few months to organize a group of ant class agents upon whose shoulders will fall the main responsibilities for our part of this year's campaign. Even those of you who are the earliest givers this year will be contacted at one time or another by A 1 and his organization.
Our dollar objective this year is $5,960.00. This is based on our giving power, the number of potential givers, and the objective for the entire Fund which has been set for the second consecutive year at $500,000. Past records indicate that our class has not carried its share of the burden of the Alumni Fund since graduation. This is the year to change all that.
This month finds the Chadwell family still in the process of moving. Thus the class files and records are not available to me for latest addresses, correct spellings and nicknames. Needless to say, we are hoping to be settled very soon.
