Recruiting applicants for Dartmouth College is progressing in Georgia. At this time, we have seven applicants as a result of the good work done during the past three or four weeks. Sid Hayward '26 addressed the Georgia Club on Thursday evening, March 19, at the Naval Officers' Club. Applicants and their fathers were guests of the Club. Ten members attended the February luncheon at Howard Johnson's.

John Tiernan '42 has taken over a Coca Cola Bottling Plant at Presque Isle, Maine. Warren Agry Jr. '45 is transferring for Simmons Company to Chicago. Robert Leary '49 has been promoted to Office Manager for the State Mutual Life Insurance Company, Charlotte, N. C., and Ralph Meuhlig '50 has been transferred to New York State as loyalty investigator for Civil Service for the United Nations.

A. Henley Sturgess 17 has become associated with the firm of Spratlin Harrington & Company recently and is in charge of the real estate division. Bill Phelan '43 was recently promoted to assistant vice president at the Citizens & Southern National Bank. Rumors are that Warren and Nancy Agry '45, Charlesand Alice Altman '24, Graham and CarolConklin '43, and John and Jo O'Brion '32 are forming a couple match at Bob Jones' Golf Course.

Dr. John Fish '34 was present at Georgia Baptist Hospital to hold Mrs. Louis J. Fortuna's hand at the arrival of Kenneth John '75.
