We are not surprised to find a regular stream of '47s returning for a night or so at the Hanover Inn. Two of the most recent visitors were Bob Rowland of Hartford, Conn., and Tom Leggat, Lowell's lawyer.

Bill Wood has just been named general chairman of the 1955 Red Cross Fund campaign of Cambridge, Mass. Bill has successfully led the fund-raising activities for the Red Cross' city-wide business division for the past two years. In 1952, Bill joined forces with his father, Earle D. Wood, and Frank T. Evans to form the Evans-Wood Insurance Agency. Along with insurance duties, Bill handles the sales, appraisal and management of real estate. Bill and wife Joan live in Lexington, are the proud parents of Jerrold Curtis, age 214, and Polly Bruce, 6 months old.

Jack Havens has recently purchased the Sweet Shop Fountain and Luncheonette in Pittsfield, Mass. Jack was formerly manager of the State and Capitol theatres in Pittsfield. Jack and his wife Joan have a 31/2-year-old son John Douglas.

John Lee is engaged to Miss Carol Raymond, a Wheaton College graduate with an M.A. from Columbia University. John received a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University in 1954 and is now an account trainee with Compton Advertising Inc., NYC.

Dave Squire and Leonard Berkowitz have purchased all of the common stock of Ansonia Mills Incorporated. They have been operating the company since 1950 and previous to their purchase were both vice presidents. Dave will serve as president of the company and will directly control sales and merchandising. Ansonia will continue to make quality broadwoven elastic and novelty fabrics for the corset and swimwear industries. An expansion program started three years ago will continue at an accelerated rate. Dave and wife Elienne live in Darien, Conn., with their two daughters, Susan Beth, age 4, and Rebecca Jane, almost 3.

Bob Allen has recently moved from Holmes, Pa., to Lafayette Hill, Pa. He is with the Girard Trust Corn Exchange in Philadelphia as a systems analyst. Bob and wife Elizabeth have two children, Robert Jr., age 314, and Deborah, age 2½.

Walt Anderson has made more of a move, from Ridley Park, Pa., to Overland Park, Kansas. Walt has been with Westinghouse Aviation, Gas Turbine Div., for over five years. Hank and Maxine Brezinski are living in Salem, N. Y., where Hank teaches social studies, coaches too. Maxine takes care of two sons, Bruce, age 7, and younger Steven.

Bruce Bryer continues in San Diego, Calif., as a marine technician with Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Leroy Cahoon is a structural engineer with Badger Manufacturing Co., Cambridge, Mass. Roy and Louise have two daughters, Barbara Louise and Cathy Mae, and now live in Hyde Park, Mass. Dr. Arthur Carr is at the V. A. Hospital in Albany, N. Y.

William Donahue is a field representative with General Electric in Portland, Maine. Will was formerly credit manager of Kanes Inc. in Boston, and before that with GilChrist's. Al Graves, formerly assistant engineer- ing office superintendent with E.I. du Pont in Augusta, Ga., is now sales engineer with Sika Chem Corp in Passaic, N. J. Al and wife Ann have a fine daughter, Catherine Ann, age 6.

Doug Flame Jordan is living on Oxford St., Cambridge, Mass. Lt. Jeff Mills continues in Norfolk, Va., on the staff, ComAirLant, U. S. Naval Air Station. Jeff has been in the Navy now since 1951 when he re-entered as Lt. (j.g.) on the USS Midway. Nick and Helen Nickelsen continue in State College, Pa., where Nick is an assistant professor at the University of Penna. Dept. of Geology. This is Nick's second year in State College.

We see that Johnny Pierce is living in Cleveland, Ohio. We have not heard from Johnny since he was a graduate assistant at Ohio State University in English in 1949, so we will look forward to some news from Cleveland.

Doug Pitman is an X-ray Diffractionist with Raytheon Mfg. Co., Power Tube Div., Waltham, Mass. Doug was with the Mellon In- stitute for several years in this field, first as an assistant in the chemical and physics deartment, and later as a research chemist in X-ray diffraction.

Chuck Schicke has recently moved to Bridgeport, Conn., where he is with Columbia Records. Previously Chuck was a graduate student at Columbia University in 1949, in English. Slats Slattery is a price specialist with Western Electric Co. Inc. in NYC. Slats has been with Western Electric since 1947 when he began as a trainee, later as an auditor.

Dick Wetherhead has returned to this country from Cucuta, Colombia, S. A., where he has been a geologist with the Columbian Petroleum Co. Robert Dodson's latest address is Centre D'Etudes Industrielles, 4 Route de Drize, Geneva, Switzerland. The Dodson.s were previously in Calcutta, India, for about four years with the Indian Oil Co.

Dr. Chuck Levis continues as an optometrist in Boston, Mass. Skip O'Rourke is out of the Navy and doing investment banking work with Goldman Sachs & Co. Bob Fagerholm is farming in Wykoff, Minn. Previously he taught agriculture in the Balaton (Minn.) High School.
