Scheduled for October 11 are the nuptials of Beech Lockwood and Miss Lucinda Watts Pickens of Charlotte, N. C. Miss Pickens is a graduate of St. Anne's School in Charlottesville, Va„ attended Duke University at Durham, N. C., is a member of the Junior League of Charlotte, and is employed by the Union National Bank of Charlotte. Beech is manager of Kaiser Aluminum's branch office in Charlotte. Engaged are Dr. Harry Wood and Miss Gloria Edwards Sileo of New York. Miss Edwards is a graduate of St. Rita's School of Nursing in New York and is attending Hunter College. Harry is now chief resident in obstetrics and gynecology at Metropolitan Hospital Medical Center, New York City.
Baird Story has been appointed principal of Chester, N. Y., High School. He came to Chester from Pine Bush Central School, also in Southeastern New York where he has taught citizenship education and helped coach basketball and football. Paul Twomey is new manager of distribution cost control for the Lighting Division of Sylvania Electric Products, Inc. in Salem, Mass. Austin Knight has been elected a director of Pioneer Industries at Salem, Mass., a non-profit industrial shop for handicapped men and women of Essex County.
Phil and Ellen Viercck received Master of Education degrees together in June from Plymouth Teachers College, Plymouth, N. H. The Phil Shepards welcomed Andrew Morgan Shepard, the youngest brother, into the family on June 20 at Anchorage, Alaska. Ken Saunders has been appointed director of branch administration for Continental Casualty Co. of Chicago. He has been Detroit branch manager and the announcement is not clear as to the new location, if any, where the Saunders will reside.

Park Blvd., Cleveland 22, Ohio, Russ Carlson is at 203 Thayer St., Syracuse, N. Y., Ken Carpenter is cliff dwelling in San Francisco at 2250 Vallejo St., Apt. 9. . . . The Al Fritzches' address is R. D. #5, West Chester, Pa.... Charlie Herterich hangs the chapeau at 5 Rosemilt Place, Morristown, N. J. . . . Bob Jeavons is working in Denver as an investment consultant for Standard & Poor's Corp. He, Mel and the kids are living at 2231 E. Floyd Ave., Englewood, Colo.
